About

Built for people who were told to post more.

EdenLens checks whether machines can read your business, and says plainly what it could not see. Here is who builds it and how it is kept honest.

EdenLens was built because the same conversation kept happening. A business owner with a perfectly good website, a decent reputation and a quiet phone, being told by somebody that they needed more content, more posts, more links. Nobody had checked whether machines could read the site at all.

What we do

We check how clearly search engines and AI assistants can find, read, understand and cite a business, and we name the specific things standing in the way. The free check reads one page, your robots.txt and your sitemap. The full review covers forty criteria across eight pillars and runs in EdenLens for Mac, on your own machine.

We do not sell the fixes. The report tells you what to change and how to prove it worked, in a form you can hand to your own developer. If you would rather we did it, that is a separate conversation with a separate price, and the diagnosis does not change either way.

The method, and where it comes from

Every criterion traces to published provider documentation, and the register of sources is re-read on a schedule rather than when something breaks. Where providers disagree, or where a behaviour is undocumented, the criterion says so instead of guessing. Where the evidence is not there, the result is not assessed, which is kept separate from a pass and from a failure and is never quietly counted as zero.

That last rule costs us the thing every competitor leads with: a single number. A score built from checks we could not run would measure our reach, not your business.

Who is behind it

EdenLens is a product of Integrated Synergy Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales and run from Cumbria. Steven Sawyers is its sole director and the author of the assessment method. His background is analysis and assurance work in regulated industry, where a finding that cannot be traced to evidence is not a finding. That is the standard this product was built to, and it is why the reports look more like an audit than a marketing deck.

How we handle being wrong

Checks are automated, providers change their behaviour, and a page can be read at a moment when a server is having a bad day. If a finding in your report is wrong, tell us. We will re-run the check, correct the report, and if the error came from the method rather than the site, the criterion gets fixed for everybody and the change is dated in public.

Reports are AI-assisted: findings are drafted by a model constrained to the evidence collected, then verified by deterministic rules. Scoring, where it exists at all, is fully deterministic. No finding may cite evidence that was not gathered.
