Compare

What this costs, and what everyone else charges.

Entry prices read from each provider's own pricing page on 14 September 2026, with the units stated, because a monthly subscription and a one-off repair are not the same purchase.

Everybody selling AI visibility publishes a monthly price. We publish a one-off one. That is the difference that matters most, and a table of numbers alone would hide it, so this page explains the basis before it shows the figures.

The three things that make a straight comparison hard

They are not the same product. Monitoring tools watch a set of prompts over time and tell you when your brand appears in an answer. EdenLens assesses whether your site is capable of being found, read and cited at all, and tells you what to repair. One is a dashboard, the other is a diagnosis. A business that is invisible for structural reasons can pay for a year of monitoring and watch a flat line.

The clock runs differently. A subscription recurs until you cancel. A repair, once made, stays made. So the honest unit of comparison is not the monthly figure, it is what the first year costs and what the second year costs.

Currencies differ. Prices are shown below in the currency each provider publishes. Converting them here would add an exchange rate and a date that the provider never quoted, and that is the sort of invented precision this company exists to avoid.

Competitor figures were read from each provider's own public pricing page on 14 September 2026. Annual figures use the provider's own annual-billing price where one is published, which is usually cheaper than twelve monthly payments. Prices change without notice: check geoptie.com/pricing and tryprofound.com/pricing before deciding. Higher and enterprise tiers exist at both and are not shown.

Why Semrush is not in the table

Semrush is the tool most small businesses have heard of, and we could have put a number beside it. We have not, because it would mislead. Its plans bundle dozens of tools, its AI-visibility capability sits inside that larger suite rather than being sold as one comparable line, and picking one figure out of that ladder would imply an equivalence that does not exist. If you already pay for Semrush, you are buying a great deal more than an AI-visibility check, and the right question is not price but whether anyone on your side is acting on what it reports.

What the monitoring tools do that we do not

This matters more than the money. Those products track a set of prompts across assistants over weeks and show you movement. EdenLens does not do that today. If what you need is a dashboard showing whether your brand appeared in ChatGPT last Tuesday, one of them is the right purchase and we will say so.

What we do instead is establish whether the site is capable of appearing at all, with the evidence attached and the repairs specified in the order they must happen. Those are different jobs. Plenty of businesses need the second one first.

What we do that the monitoring tools do not

Which to buy

Start with the free check, whoever you end up paying. It costs nothing, it takes about a minute, and it will tell you whether your problem is structural or not.

If the check finds blocked access, missing identity or content machines cannot read, fix that before subscribing to anything. Monitoring a site that cannot be retrieved measures a flat line accurately.

If the check comes back clean and you want to know how you are being mentioned week by week, a monitoring subscription is the right tool, and one of the products above will do it better than we do.
