What to send
- A question about a result. Send the website address and the date you ran the check. That is enough to reproduce it.
- A finding you believe is wrong. Send the evidence reference from the report, for example EV-014, and what you believe the correct position is. Corrections are free and the method gets fixed if the fault is ours.
- Work. Say what the business does, where it trades and what has already been tried. The two service pages set out what is involved and what each one costs.
- Press or research. The method, the crawler policy and the limits are all published; ask and we will answer on the record.
What we will not do by email
We will not accept credentials. If a review needs access to Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools, you grant it inside those tools, to a named account, and you withdraw it when the work ends. Nobody at EdenLens needs a password of yours, and anybody asking for one is not us.
