A business starting from nothing, or close to it. No listings claimed, no structured data, a website that looks fine and cannot be read by a machine. The problem is rarely that the owner has done the wrong things. It is that nobody told them the order.

Why ninety days

Because several of the clocks are not ours. Claiming a business listing can wait on a postcard. A search engine decides in its own time whether to index a new page. A directory correction may sit in a queue for weeks. Those waits run in parallel if they are started in week one, and in series if nobody tells you about them until week eight. Starting every external clock early is most of what this programme is.

Full review of the site against the forty criteria, with the evidence attached.
The checklist in dependency order: access before discovery, discovery before identity, identity before content.
Every external clock started: listings claimed, verification requested, registers checked against what the site says.

Day 30

Re-check. What has actually changed, measured the same way, against the same criteria version.
What is still waiting on somebody else, and who to chase.

Day 90

Final re-check and a written position: what was fixed, what was confirmed, what remains open and why.

What you get

Three dated reports, as HTML and PDF, each citing its evidence.
The action list split by who does the work, so it can be forwarded without editing.
An acceptance test against every action, so your developer can prove a fix rather than assert one.

What it is not

Not a retainer, and not a content plan.
Not a promise of rankings, citations or traffic. Those are not ours to promise.
Not implementation. We specify the repairs and verify them; your developer makes them, or we quote separately.

Honest limits

Ninety days is enough to fix what a business controls and to start everything it does not. It is not enough to guarantee that an assistant will name you, and any programme sold on that basis is selling the weather. What you will have at day ninety is a site that machines can read, an identity they can corroborate, and a record of exactly what changed.
