1. Tell us the website and when to start

Website to be reviewed

When should work start? Start as soon as the order is confirmed. I understand that if I cancel within 14 days I pay for the work done up to then. Wait until my 14-day cancellation period has ended. The ninety days then start from that date.

Buying for a business? The 14-day cancellation period is a consumer right and does not apply, so choose to start as soon as the order is confirmed. You can cancel for a full refund until intake starts; see the terms.

The account name is how we match your transfer to this order; nothing else about your bank is asked for or seen.

Nothing is sent until you press the button. The order is held under its reference until your payment arrives; we confirm by email within one working day.

2. Pay by bank transfer

The button opens Wise’s payment page in a new tab. You do not need a Wise account: choose Bank transfer there and Wise shows the account details of Integrated Synergy Consulting Ltd, the company behind EdenLens, with a six-digit reference of its own. Make the transfer in pounds from your own bank using that six-digit reference; it is how Wise recognises the payment. Your order reference, , goes on the order only, not on the transfer. We match the payment to your email by the amount, the date and the name on the account it came from.

What happens next

Within one working day of your payment arriving, we confirm the order by email from info@edenlens.com, quoting your order reference, with the terms of sale and an invoice. If you have heard nothing after two working days, write to info@edenlens.com with the reference.
We send the intake questions. The ninety days run from the day intake is complete.
Week-one report within 5 working days of intake being complete, then re-checks at day 30 and day 90.
If we cannot start within five working days of your payment, the confirmation says so, and you choose between a later start date and a full refund.
